"Hey there! I’m very excited you found your way to my website.
Before you continue, I’d like to introduce myself in a few words.
I grew up in southern Germany and Spain. After I graduated from Gymnasium, I entered an
International Management Double Degree program in Reutlingen, Germany which included two
years of the overall four year course to take place in Puebla, Mexico. Thereafter I returned
to Germany to work at Publicis Sapient in Munich.
Growing up enjoying many different cultural influences only increased my eagerness to learn about the world.
This attitude not only reflects itself in my willingness to learn more about - well - everything,
but it also shows in my willingness to accept different opinions and characters.
On this page you will find some more details about my academic and professional experience.
Should you have any additional questions whatsoever, please feel free to reach out.
That being said, I hope we’ll get to know each other in person soon. Happy scrolling!"
1 Year & 5 Months
During my time at Publicis Sapient, I led and collaborated in various projects and pitches.
Two of my personal highlights were the Service Design project I guided as Lead PM for SHARE NOW,
and the Salesforce Marketing Cloud project we delivered for Daimler AG in their Overseas regions.
In the first project, I enabled a scrum team of Strategists and Service Designers to conduct extensive
customer research in various global markets followed by the creation of audience
segments, personas and customer journeys. These artefacts helped us generate various value propositions
during client workshops and kickstart the development of SHARE NOW's future B2B service.
I delivered the project with a margin increase of 15.5%.
The second project was about the creation and implementation of up to 100 contact strategies, reports and email templates
in 16 countries across the globe through Salesforce Marketing Cloud. After some changes in the project leadership, I took
over the scrum rituals and the market communication and started improving several processes in collaboration
with the project lead (e.g. escalation process, client communication, internal reporting).
This ultimately led to a team productivity increase of 160% within the first three months after the takeover.
The scrum team consisted of 12 Developers, SFMC & Marketing Consultants and Program Managers divided into an
on-shore / near-shore (Germany, UK & Poland), and an off-shore (India & Malaysia) team.

I joined Publicis Sapient after graduating from university, with hopes of expanding my project management
skills from a waterfall driven approach to a more agile way of working. After proving myself by assisting
other PMs in their projects, I was soon given the opportunity to take charge on a project on my own,
guiding a small cross disciplinary team of UI & UX Designers and Developers for Daimler. Thereafter,
I was trusted as Bid Manager on two pitches, successfully guiding teams of UI, UX & Service Designers,
Frontend & Backend Developers and Business Consultants to a shared goal of winning new projects in the German
automotive industry.
Please refer to the before mentioned letter of recommendation for a more detailed description of my work.
Universidad de las Américas Puebla
Having grown up in Germany and Spain, I was extremely excited to be able to spend the latter
part of my Double Degree program at UDLAP in Mexico. My time in Latin America didn’t only expand
my intercultural competencies. Whilst studying at UDLAP and working at Protev,
I was also able to further improve my English and Spanish skills, and experience how different work
cultures can adapt to each other.
I achieved a B.A. in International Business Administration with cum laude honors, reaching a
grade point average of 96% (98% on my bachelor thesis).

Shortly after starting my internship in Guadalajara, I was given the opportunity to lead
a consulting project for a new client that needed help with their plastic injection tools in Puebla.
Starting out as a short-term contract with only two team members, we were able to grow the account
into a team of up to five members on site. As Project Leader, I was responsible for planning and
executing production-securing sub-projects, the management of our multilingual project team,
the supervision of suppliers and third party service providers for our client, the planning and
execution of logistical requirements, and the reporting to the client's and Protev's own CEO.

After taking a project management class at UDLAP, I decided to join globally operating technical management consultancy Protev.
During my time as an intern, I was trusted to finalise and supervise Protev's new tool shop in Guadalajara,
and to report all ongoing projects directly to Protev's CEO. Furthermore, I was tasked with establishing the necessary
procedures and guidelines for the desired ISO 9001:2015 standard (QMS). A particular highlight for me
was the opportunity to interview applicants for the growing tool shop, and to be able to assist in
sales pitches for potential clients.
Please refer to the before mentioned letter of recommendation for a more detailed description of my work.
ESB Business School | Reutlingen University
The first half of my Double Degree Program took place at ESB Business School in Reutlingen, Germany.
In addition to my B.S. in International Management, I was able to gain valuable
professional experience interning at HUGO BOSS. I also joined the ESB Culture and Charity Resort.
Please reach out if you are interested in further details about the program´s curriculum.
6 Months
As part of my studies at ESB Business School, I joined Hugo Boss in 2015 for a full-time internship
with the EMEA Menswear Buying team. The main focus of my work was centred around the generation of
KPIs, analyses, reports and guidelines, and the preparation of presentations and meetings with stakeholders from various
departments and markets within the organisation.

Allgemeines Gymnasium Überlingen
Throughout my time at the Gymnasium, the guidance and development of younger students was a major interest of mine,
and resulted in several extracurricular activities. Such as student mentoring as a sophomore, being
the vice-presidend of the student council as a junior, and being captain of the basketball
team throughout both junior and senior year.
I also coached several basketball teams for kids.
Having lived with a strong sense of curiosity throughout my live, there are some skills I was able to acquire in addition to the ones immediately necessary for the execution of my professional and academic requirements.
My passion for different cultures and regions is reflected in the continuous improvement of my language skills.
